Q: Dark Circles & Sore Eyes After Every Orgasm, Why?

Every time I have an orgasm, afterwards I always notice that my eyes automatically turn red, they are sore for several hours afterwards, sometimes the rest of the day, and I get purple, blue marks under my eyes too, instantly. Its like a allergic reaction. I've had this problem with my current husband and my late husband and past lovers.
This is a problem I no longer want to deal with. I have to wear 2 different types of concealer after sex, due to people asking me who gave me my black eyes. I actually had a friend offer to 'deal' with my husband if he was hurting me. This is a real problem for me that is plain embarrasing.
I've had my eyes checked, and have no problems with my vision.
Why does this happen to my eyes, and how can I stop it?

The only thing I could think of would be that it is from the increased blood flow to the brain and head, causing engorgement in the smal blood vessels in and around the eyes.
Have you tired ccoling chamomille gel, or cold teabags (sounds yuck but works) or cucumber slices, to ease the swelling in the eye area?

This might sound wierd but do you push hard into your orgasm?
I find if I kina push into a hard orgasm I get cramps and sometimes a headache afterwards but if I relax into a gentle orgasm I don't.

Hope this is of some help. Smile

Thanks for the advise kia, i'll give it a try.

I'm such a newbie, I didn't realize I was in the wrong forum. I'm going to post in the sexual health section. I feel like a freak. I don't know of any other woman who has my problem. I'm really curious to know if any other woman has experienced this ever.

Oh and no I don't have to push my orgasms, they are quite easy for me, so I don't know. You did make me wonder about the health of my blood vessels. I wonder if the vessels around my eyes are a bit weak? Perhaps the answer is to try to strenghthen blood vessels?
