Hello everyone, I have been diagnosed
with anxiety 3 times in the last month,
but for some reason most of can't face
that fact..We want it to be something
physical..This is the first step in
recovery..Acceptance..If you had numerous
doctors diagnose you with anxiety, stop
obsessing that it is something else..It's
time to act!!!I have been doing my best to
get the negative thoughts out of my
head..There are many symptoms of anxiety
that mimic other problems..The key here is
taking that first step, accepting the
disorder..Worry is the biggest
killer..There is a book i've been reading
called stop worrying and start living,
excellent...I had a full blown anxiety
attack about a month ago, haven't had one
since, but still feel symptoms like
tremors and shakes sometimes..We can all
overcome this if we want to...We all have
to make some changes..I have heard that
the linden method is really good,
thinking about purchasing it soon...

"anxiety" Is Physical And Called Endothelial Dysfu Posted: 09-16-04 06:21am
Sorry to inform you. Anxiety (a misnomer)
is actually a dreadful
physical problem, but one that cannot be
treated or kept in place.
This is happening because the arterial
damage along with
heart and lung damage that go undetected
and deliberately
ignored by doctors so that they can put
you in the madhouse
when the things go otu of control.
The process is different from the one
involved in the classical heart
disease when the patient has hypertension
(which puts
some strain on the heart).
In endothelial dysfunction, the arteries
remain opened,
loose their smoothe muscle lineage and the
patient will
eventually develop "panick attacks" and
eventually hypotension.
When the pain will start to show up, the
heart is damaged
like after a heart attack even if you
didn't have any.
Then it is close the time when a loose
heart valve will break
and the heart will not be able to function
even borderline.
This is the time when you start to
experience "panick attack"
because the heart starts to race (beats
much faster) to compen-
sate to its inefficiency.
It's all downhill from there to the
psychiatric hospital and a
not so pleasant death.
