Ive lost around 42 lbs of it last time I checked, but this last 30 is killin me~ my stomach is still flabby and I have tones of stretchmarks and I need to tighten my belly back up but im sooo scared it wont tone up. It sags a lil...Will it go back with time and exercise? I have been feeling so overwhelmed lately when I look in a mirror, feeling unattractive to my fiance..please, I need weight loss and exercise suggestions!!!!

Ok heres what I think you should do.
Join a gym and have a personal trainer train you in the gym. Really look at your diet. A lot of people make the mistake of eating to little when trying to lose weight when you really all you need to do is eat clean and healthy. The best thing is to join a good gym and tell a personal trainer what your goal is. That will help you lose weight but I dont know about the stretch marks. Did you go to see a docter and ask for his advice. I would try the gym first.

Weight Loss After Baby!
I had my first child at the age of 19 and a second child at the age of 22. I felt the same way you do after having each one of them. Don't worry about the weight right now. It will come off as long as you don't just sit and eat all the time. You have a 2 1/2 month old and your body will have to adjust to all of the changes and it will take a while. Your hormones are going to have to adjust to you not being pregnant anymore. Give it time and you'll see. Just worry about that baby right now. I gained 30 lbs. With my first one and 60 lbs. With my second one. I've lost it all and more. Look, you have the advantage of being young. An 18 year old can lose weight as long as you eat good and stay active. (and believe me, you will be active trying to juggle taking care of you and your baby.) give it a year (and I know that seems like forever, but I promise it will go by quick) and your body should be back to normal. You might still have some flab on your stomach and some sagging, but that will take some excercise. Don't worry, you're on the right track!!!

Drink lots and lots of water, do aerobic exercises at least 3 times a week and do any other type of workout on the other days.. Be sure to have 1 or 2 break days. Gilad's body in motion tapes are amazing!

Wow, what a transformation... I would be upset too. (and i'm a guy)

hopefully this advice will help.

First, the stretchmarks. During pregnancy you should have rubbed cocoa butter into your skin 2 times per day. However, it's not too late. Go to your local drug store and pick up some 100% cocoa butter. Again, rub it in 2-3 times per day while the stretch marks are still red. If they've turned brown (into bruises) then you will need to buy some vitamin e capsules... Take 1 per day with water. And use 1 and crack it open in your hand... It's 100% pure vitamin e, rub it into your skin (it's odorless, don't worry), and those stretch marks will be disappearing in a few weeks. (yes, literally.. Weeks.)

second, the weight is something you need to start working on immediately while your hormones are still stabalizing, otherwise it'll be an uphill struggle for a long time to come. This is your metabolism that needs changing... And to be honest, to get back to your former body-size you don't need to join a gym---however, to get the firmness back, you will need the gym. To save my breath, read the outlined directions in this post here: http://ehealthforum.Com/health/topic30833. Html it will be enough to get you started.

In you case, you will need to increase your metabolism now, while it is still very flexible. This means, you need to get active. Moderate cardio twice a day, small meals throughout the day, and stay away from complex carbohydrates. Now listen, it sounds tough.. But if you don't start now, it'll be a lot tougher. Get yourself together, and in a year once your metabolism stabalizes back to where it was you can enjoy all the chocolate cake you want, and laze around all you want... But right now, you need to buck up and get back on track.

If you need more specific advice, don't be afraid to ask or pm.

Good luck,
justin
