Looking around at variouse products I find myself very confused. I see a lot of items boasting 20% rdi of such and such and then another item which boast containing 44% rdi of something else. So if their boasting and fall so far short of the rdi how far from the rdi must most foods be. To get all the nutrients we seem to need in the amounts we need them it would appear we would have to allmost constantly be eating or preparing food to be eaten. I barely have time to cobble together the 3 square meals I eat a day . It seems borderline impossible and highly unsustainable to have a diet that gives you your rdi of all the nutrients the body needs. Perhaps i'm missing something. Does anyone know of a way of getting your rdi of nutrients while having a fairly busy lifestyle?
