Ok im gonna post this for those that are plannin on breastfeeding. It may help a bit...

"some experts recommend that all women that expect to nurse try to prepare their breasts in advance by expressing a small amount of colustrum from the nipples daily from the eighth month on(though not every woman will be able to do this) and by twisting, pulling, or rolling the nipples between the forefinger and thumb, also daily, to toughen them."

Oh yea, I forgot about that too... I dont remember where I read that though... Lol it also said to walk around topless too, the open air toughens them too... Lol I dont know how, and I would just feel odd walking around with my boobs hanging out lol... But yea, I got a nursing bra so I can still have the support (i .D.O. .N.O.T want saggy boobs!) and I just let the flaps down, so then my shirts can roughen them up. My nipples used to be so sensitive and hurt so bad, but now, they are pretty tough!

Does this make sense? My mom had 4 kids. With the first 3, she smoked the entire time through her pregnancy, and all 3 were born perfectly healthy. Then on her 4th child, she didnt smoke at all, and he was born with asthma!

........Mind boggling.........
