I got my colostrum last night! I think
mike thought it was gross. He told me to
stop squeezing my boobs. Lol!

that comes out in the very beginning, from
what I understand.

Yup, colustrum is pretty much pre-milk.
Its what feeds your baby before your milk
comes in, and its really high in
nutrients. Haha I remember when mine came
in (or when I realized it came in) I was
sittin there squeezing it out and I was
like "kevin!!! Look! Im leaking!!!" and
he would not look at me. And he was
hesitant to touch them for awhile. When
he realized it actually kinda hard to get
out if you dont know how to do it, then
its not just gonna get all over his hands
just from touching my boobs. Hehe erin,
remember we were talking about it before,
and you said you didnt think mike would be
disgusted by it? And something about him
tasting it lol? So how come hes all
ickied by it now?
Nikki~ you could have colustrum and not
even know it. Its kinda hard to get out.
Its not the actuall nipple that you
squeeze to get it out, its the areola
(sp?) and you gotta like pull lol kinda
like milking a cow. Hehe its kinda hard
to explain. Do you get a weird white
crusty deposit like in the cracks of your
nipples? If you do, thats colustrum...
And you can probably express it. Oh yea,
it works better if your nipples arent
hard. Lol I probably sound like a freak,
but I think its sooo cool! Lol I was
soooo excited when I found out my boobs
worked!

Haha the same thing happened to me, it
just popped in my head so I squeezed them.
The more you get the hang on expressing
it, the more that comes out. Im preparing
myself for breastfeeding so I express
daily. Now its like holy crap a flow!
Not just a dribble! Kevin absolutley
hates it. He gets snappy if I ask him
why... Its like wow, ok!

(with both hands) and nothing came out,
but it hurt like hell. Lol I was like ow!
They are sensative! Its hard to squeeze
them, they are too big. Dammit why arent
I leaking! Lol I wanna see how jose will

jon and I were in bed, and I started
squeezing, the he threw the cover over me
