Dear letterz,
i had quite a bad problems with pimples
and boils when I was a teenager, I went to
a dermatologist and they prescribed me
with a 3 month course of roaccutane and it
cleared it up in about 3 days, I am 29 now
and still don't get any pimples or boils.
I must warn you though, roaccutane is
under the spotlight and it is claimed by
medical experts that it causes all kinds
of side effects that can last up to 15
years. I do suffer from anxiety which I
take medication for, but I honestly
couldn't tell you whether it is caused due
to taking roaccutane. Talk to a
dermatologist, there is probably something
a lot safer that you can take to treat
boils now days.
Good luck,
.::suzy::.

If the boils outbreak isn't too serious,
try using aloe vera plant. Simply cut
off one of the leaves, slice it long ways,
and use the juice and spread it over the
boils a few times a day. It is
especially helpful if you do it at the
very beginning of an outbreak before it
gets serious.
I had a bad outbreak of boils earlier this
year. I got about 8 or 9 of them in a
couple of months time, similar to the girl
that started this post. They were very
painful, and I would get 2 or 3 of them at
a time. Squeeze one and another would
pop up a few days later. I went to the
doctor and they gave me an antibiotic,
which did not work. Kept getting them.
Went to the doctor again about a week and
a half later, gave me another antibiotic
(that cost $120 bucks!!) and that didn't
work either. All the doctor was saying
was that I had a deficiency and needed to
eat better, etc. After that medication
not working I was fed up and in pain. My
dad, a purveyor of natural remedies, told
me about the aloe vera. I was skeptical,
but my god if it did not work. I was
totally in awe. All the money I wasted
on medication and doctor's visits, not to
mention the pain.
As a side note, I got a stye in my eye
right before this whole ordeal started, so
I don't know if there is a link.
Unfortunatly, I guess my health is still
poor because I did get another boil
recently, and didn't get to use the aloe
vera in time before it swelled up pretty
bad. Using aloe now, and it is helping.
Found a link online of this all natural
cream called biolanyn, supposed to help
with a lot of skin disorders, even
scarring. Might try that, and if anyone
is interested, www.Biolanyn.Com
hope this helps others.

Wow, so it seems iam anot alone with these
cause I suffer from boils and I only get
them on my face which to me is the worst!
Ahhhhh and they are red, sore and painful
as hell and ive taking many pills and
creams that work to a degree. The doctors
are full of caca if you ask me and ive
learned alot online and I will try the
honey wet compresses! I get my boills
around the cheek bone and chin and nose
area and they look so bright and red and
me being light skinned does not help
either.
Alot of people said it might be stress but
iam a cool happy type guy so I just dont,
I thought maybe it was cause iam still
growing and I never had anything like this
when I was younger so now its happening.
Thanks
