If you didnt gain a lot of weight through out your whole pregnancy does your stomach still sag after you have the baby?

I gained 30lbs, which is in the right range to gain(what my doc said). And my tummy still hangs a lil bit but it does go away. Its not just gonna vanish since it stretched out so much for a lil baby to grow in there. You still have to work out unless you are very lucky and dont get any sag goin on.

It might a lil bit but it will go away. Dont worry. Are you scared your gonna look gross or something after having a baby? Im just wondering since u posted two things about stuff of gaining weight and stretchmarks...You get a beautiful thing outa pregnancy no matter what ya look like afterwards. Youll look fine im sure, it just takes time for it to go back to normal. Smile

Yeah one of my main concerns is what im going to look like after is whole thing. Im only 18 I don't want to have to cover up my whole body and be self concious from now on. I probibly wont even think about this stuff when my baby is born but now its all I think about. I see people on tv who've had kids and who are now getting a tummy tuck b/c their stomachs look horrible and I dont what that to be me.

Im 17 and I dont want to hide under baggy clothes either but I dont want to show everything off anymore. Im a mom and a soon to be wife, we all gotta grow up sometime and not show stuff off. I was worried about what I was gonna look like afterwards and I dont really care anymore. Everytime I see my lil girl I smile and keep on goin with my day. It just takes some exercises and some cocoa butter maybe something stronger than cocoa butter to lighten those stretchmarks up. After I got outa the hospital two weeks ago I thought id be able to fit in my normal clothes right away but I couldnt because I was swallon..So dont be suprised if u dont fit in ur normal clothes right away. But u will eventually im starting to be able to fit in my clothes now. But your gonna wanna wear comfy clothes for a lil while since youll be sore(if you have vaginal birth).

Yeah im with heather.... Im 15 and I still like to feel attractive and I dont hide under baggy clothes....I wear bikinis and tight clothes and I think I look pretty damn good for having a baby. I mean you see much worse than a little sag, like 300 pound girls in tube tops....Ewwww! Lol. Sometimes I just dont care though, sometimes it doesnt matter what you look like because you know there are more important things to worry about!!!

Well im not saying that I want to be a hoochie or something and not cover up at all, lol. But i'd like to be able to wear a tight shirt without my skin sagging underneth it. I can still wear all my pre pregnancy clothes now but they are getting a little tight. I heard that no matter how much you work out your skin will never become tight again if it sags.
