Q: Changing Start Date?

Right now I start my new pack on a tuesday. Which means I usually get my period on a thursday. And it nicely stays the whole weekend when im seeing my bf. I was wondering if there is a safe way to change the start date... Do I just start taking the active pills eariler? Like on a sunday... And is this still safe? Any help would be great

You can start any day you want.I always started mine on sunday to avoid that problem.Just make sure you remember what day you started until you are used to the new start date and you're not freaking out when your period does not come until tuesday or wednesday, instead of friday or saturday.Good luck!!Patty

Yeah, it's pretty safe to start on a different date. The only suggestion I would make is to only change it maybe 2 days per month (so if you start thurs... You can change it to tues or back to saturday). I found if there was a difference of more than that it messed my cycle up.
