i have had more or less the same problem for about 5 years.. i suggest going to a doctor actually, but mine after the first couple of weeks did not warrant going since the pain was far far less intense.. anyway.. my pain although a pest is mainly in the extreme to mid lower back.. sitting in the same position, standing, lifting would set it off.. my accident was related to lifting way to much weight from the ground wrong.. anyway recently i bought a piece of exercise equipment and formed a routine and it had lower back exercises.. after only a week or two i noticed something very interesting.. when i slept my back did not hurt.. i did more days on my routing and less and less pain... so i think with muscles if you work them out with small weights or hanging off the end of bed w/ someone holding feet face down while bending up and down with back has really helped..
in short to handle just the muscles (since i know nothing about the bones and joints) i would suggest a long weight like maybe a few months at least on the back.. then very simple back stretches.. then a little more and so on.. after 5 years of very intense back pain at first to every now and then .. wow i may be finally free of all my back pain and back to where i was .. oh man i am happy once more....thanks
i am 29 and i am sure i had scar tissue.. my muscles tore from one side to the other and literally dropped me to the floor and i had to be carried out...
since i have done my study on bodybuilding i have found out that muscles when worked will break and tore in tiny places which in turn fix themselves so i guess a little work at a time will eventually replace all the tissue that was tore... man im free
btw also as i learned with body building .. you have to streatch out the muscles first before any activity.. i would suggest a daily morning stretch.. find something with a small amount of resistance to pull against..
sure if a doctor was to fix you up then he looses revenue because you will be fixed and would not come back in for more treatments...
