(my feet are size 16 - just incase this has any bearing on it)

in the last few days I have had a really painful arear on my right foot under my second from smallest toe. It feels like a very boney pain, not muscular. It also feels like a bit of bone has broken off and is grinding aganist the others. Its very painful to walk and stuff like that. Any idear what it could be?
