I have just found out that I am pregnant (again), I have twin 19 month old girls. They both have expressed major interest in potty training, and I would like some tips and hints for potty training. I know they say doing it before a baby comes, can be the wrong time, but I was planning on it before I found out anyways. I am only 10 weeks and am not showing at all. I have 2 potty chairs, and they can pull up and down their pull ups, and when ever I flush the potty they say "bye pee-pee bye poo-poo". When they poop they say "mommy poop" to let me know they are going, they can also stay dry for about 3 hours at a time.

How is it going? From your post it sounded like you were doing what you needed to do already. One of the hardest thisngs for me was to be consistent. Put them in underwear or padded training underwear and give it a try. The pullups are nice for leaving the house and overnight but otherwise you need to use underwear so they get used to using the potty everytime. To start out- we just took the child to the potty about every 15 minutes for the first couple days then started spreading that out to 30 minutes etc.
Good luck!

I think your doing a good job. If they are ready then let them do it. I potty trained mine while I was expecting. And my youngest was trained before she turned two.
