That eating celery is a waste of calories?
That you burn more calories chewing the
celery than you are actually getting from
eating the celery... So eating celery is
eating a negative amount of calories. Lol
I just thought it was funny.

tastes nasty, and because its all stringy,
and way too crunchy

But it has lots of fiber!Throw a little
peanut butter or light cream cheese or
hummos on it and it is better than bread
or crackers and will help keep you full
longer.Patty

then you have to start worrying about fat!
Lettuce is the same way - its mostly
water, so you don't really get any
nutrients from it.

lol.. I used to love celary and peanut
butter when I was a kid.. I just hated
the strings though.
