This has been happening for the whole week then today thursday I had very bad pains just below my breast especially on my left hand side. I also have pains right below in the middle of my stomach my periods are due in a couple of days and I do normally feel pain before hand but feel extra pain now do you think I could be pregnant? If your pregnant you could be having a ectopic pregnancy. You may want to look around on the internet to research that stuff, but that's what it sounds like to me. Not saying it to scare you just pay attention. You shouldn't get severe pain during pregnancy like that unless something is wrong. Good luck!

It would be very unusual to get pregnancy symptoms right away, but it also doesn't seem right that you're having so much pain, seems like somethings not right, it might be a good idea to see your doctor.
