It has probably something to do with diet. Look at your diet carefully and see what your eating. When you workout you better work your legs. You better be working out your whole body, because if you arent it wont be doing much.

She runs track, the problem is not that she doesn't do cardio, the problem is in your intestines. Have a body cleanser or increase your fiber, or both. Drink more water and use a rough wash cloth when showering. You need to loosen the fat deposit on your legs. Some anti-cellulite procedures done in high end clinics have the same principle, friction and antioxidants. Hope this helps, my snack is one spoon of ground flax seed in a cup of plain yogurt.

Diet and genetics.Look at your family,do a lot of the women have cellulite? You can be very thin and fit and still have cellulite. Sad .That's just how woman are designed,we have a higher fat percentage than men.I also know women who are not thin and don't have it!I think it's mostly genetic, but watching what you eat is also important.Look at it this way,if a food is creamy or rich,it will end up on your thighs or butt. That includes all cheese, fried foods, any cream of whatever, alfredo sauces, gravies.I'm not saying to not eat these things, but to do it in moderation.Patty

The other thing is that once you gain fat cells, you cannot get rid of them. They just expand and shrink. Eating more fat can create new fat cells. However exercising only shrinks them and does not get rid of them. Cellulite is a condition where your fat cells clump together. So anyone who has fat, even just a little, and has the fun of having a genetic tendoncy for fat cells to clump together will show cellulite on their thighs.

You need to loose body fat. Try drinking a lot of water, and doing more aerobics as well as some weight lifting.

Cellulite is difficult or sometimes impossible to get rid of without surgery. It is largely a genetic thing. Both my babies were born with it. Sad sorry. There are lots of really thin people with it. Sometimes building muscle in the areas with it will help to hide it. Good luck
