.That's just how woman are designed,we have a higher fat percentage than men.I also know women who are not thin and don't have it!I think it's mostly genetic,but watching what you eat is also important.Look at it this way,if a food is creamy or rich,it will end up on your thighs or butt.That includes all cheese,fried foods,any cream of whatever,alfredo sauces,gravies.I'm not saying to not eat these things,but to do it in moderation.Patty
