I haven't had a normal period in months. I have unusual spotting every couple weeks that only last for a day. I have been also having bad outbreaks of acne. I have a greenish tinted discharge as well. Could any of these be signs of cysts or tumors? I thought it was a yeast infection but the medication didn't clear up the symptoms.
