Can someone help me out a little, i'm confused at the doctors have been no help.

Ok, firstly i'm uncircumsized and for about 4 years now I have had these small groups of what look like spots appearing under my foreskin, and under my head.
They're not raised, and they don't itch, but over the 4 years i've noticed them they have increased in number. I also can't pop these spots, when I try it's just like squeezing skin together and doesn't do anything.
I've heard that there's a possiblity of them being hpv, but i'm pretty unclued, i've never had any type of sex, full on or oral. It just scares me, the doctors haven't done anything, and also if this can be past on, how would I be able to have kids? Sad

it might not be hpv, but I don't know what they are, they're just worrying and the doctors have been no help. I leave the doctors feeling more confused than when I went in.

Could anyone please help out?

You got to have sex before you can get hpv so I would say you are not washing your penis correct or you need to change soap or you might have a allergic reaction to laundry soap or bleach
