Q: Lustral (sertraline Hydrochloride)

I think it's known as zoloft in the us.

I have just been prescribed with this medicine to treat some anxiety/low grade depression problems, and was wondering if anyone could tell me their experiences on using this drug, as i'm a bit wary of taking any medications.
