If u have a 28 day cycle you ovulate on day 14( start counting on the day that you start your period)...You can get pregnant the day before, day of and day after (to the best of my knowlege if your cycle is not 28 days or irregular it is really hard to tell.. Some women ovulate on different days even though their cycle is regular... And I do say use condoms, not just because of pregnancy but because of std's - there are some out there that women do not even realize they may have and can pass it to every partner they have.... So just be careful! As far as not telling your mom - there are other birth control methods out there... There are shots, patches, rings and everything else u can imagine. Go to your local health department - it is totally confidential and your mom will not find out.

Well I counted from my last pd to the one I just had and it's 32 day's in between. So I had my last pd on the 28th of august and the month before august in got it on the 25. Well actually I have a 33days thing going on so if i'm correct me next pd. Should be on the 4th of oct.!!!!!!!!!!!!! What happens 2 september.!!!!!!!! All I one 2 know is how many dayz I can't and can have sex 2 prevent any pergancy

You really need to understand how your body works if you do not want to use birth control pills/patch/whatever.I don't know how your mom would feel about you being on the pill,probably better than knowing that you were having unprotected sex.Try talking to a planned parenthhod councelor.They are in many areas and free/low cost.Good luck.Patty
