You can do exercises to strengthen your vaginal muscles so sex feels better--try squeezing your muscles like when your peeing, make yourself stop by clenching the muscles. But why would you want to tighten your vagina? It doesn't get 'loose' after sex and if it does become more elastic after the first few times it's for you and your pleasure so it doesn't hurt anymore.

Contrary to popular belief, your vagina does not stretch out.

Your vagina muscles will loosen up after sex. If you have frequent sex then, yes, they will loosen up a little. But if you abstain for one week (or less for some people) they will tighten right back up to the way they were before.
There really is not such thing as a "loose" girl!

You can do kegel exercises to help you get better control of your pelvic muscules.Do them while you are urinating.Stop mid stream and hold for a few seconds. You can also contract these muscules while you are standing(doing dishes or something like that).Do them several times a day and you and your partner will notice a difference after a few weeks. No,you cannot get loose and flappy, contrary to street talk.Patty
