Well one thing is that when you don't eat healthy, eating once a day is the absolute worst thing you could do for yourself. You're supposed to cheat every once in a while. It teaches your body that it can't get used to you not eating very much, thus your metabolism stays at or near what it was before you started dieting instead of slowing down. But when you only eat once a say, you're teaching your body that it needs to conserve the food it gets and not burn it all, because its not getting any more! The best thing you could do for yourself is eat small healthy meals about 5 times a day, and not to change that when you cheat.

Well I havent had a baby or anything, but just in general you should just eat a balanced diet. Not eating anything or eating just once a day is not good. You need to eat small meals several times a day to keep up your metabolism. If you keep your metabolism up then you lose weight easier. Also, excercise! It doesnt really matter what you do...Just do something!

Right now, I am doing weight watchers! Its so easy! I'm not going to the meetings or anything, I just know the diet! I can tell you about it if you want me to! You'll lose that 30 pounds...Give it time!

Well im continuing to breastfeed to hopefully get it off (i only have about 5-7 more lbs but I hate my lilpooch when I sit down!) so I talked to my mom and she said it maye take a couple weeks, but try walking eccesively(sp?) and also a bit of exercise (not all the sit ups and that becuz it only turns the fat into muscle and wont make u lose weight.. But it might help a lil)... Im not sure what else.. But I know walking does do a great deal!

Yoga is great because it tones and supples.
Also walking and swimming - try aqua fit or something.
