If you "click" your jaw, you really need to stop clicking it, though it is very difficult to break the habit. This will sometimes fix the problem, if not, you might want to see a dentist to check your occlusion, or examine the way your teeth contact when you close your mouth: this could cause the jaw muscles to be in a constant state of tension, putting pressure on the joint. There are other treatments including massage, ice, etc. Check the web sites if these ideas don't work.
