U should get it to ur shoulders ask for lots of choppy layers ask them to use the razor on u as well....Since u have such dark hair u should get it colored there to if u want some highlights try some bright red highlights maybe w/ a few carmel color highlights as well!Good luck let me kno how it goes!! Don't cut it!!!!!!!!!Long hair is beautiful. You will regret it if you cut it (most likely)
either get it layered differently, or get it choppy like the stars wear now.
Your hair sounds like mine. I can straighten it (just by blow drying) or I can scrunch it and it will be curly. That is a wonderful gift to have!

Dont cut your hair....I did while back and I missed it so much. I finally have it down to my lower back and I love it. The choppy cut doesnt sound bad and maybe a color change. I had dark brown hair and I got it dyed light brown and put blonde highlights in it and I love it.

By the way that was a while ago and I need a touch up pretty bad. Lol

I'll second that! Everytime I cut mine I regret it!

My hair was to my mid back and I cut it and I love it now! It's awesome! I reccomend following jeni's advice. That's kinda what I did to mine and I loooooooooove it!

Hair grows back,cut it if you want!!Mine has been1/2 inch to down to my butt and it's all in your attitude.If you feel beautiful,no matter your hair length or color,that's what counts. patty

When I began high school I decided to cut my long hair off. I had it cut from below my butt to above my ears and loved it for a year or so, and then I really regretted it, i've never managed to grow it back either becasue in the growing out stage it just gets ick and I just have to cut it again.
Although when I was 14/15 I had an awesome hair cut. From top of my ears down it was shaved but the top layers left long (mid back) and dyed bright red and really curly - I loved that hair cut but just couldn't carry it off now.
Getting conservative in my old age lol

Yeah, those growing out stages can be quite embarassing. I forgot all about that. I cut my hair off in sixth grade, grew it back and cut it relatively short in eighth grade. I have since been letting it grow and will never, ever cut it short again! But, I don't look good with short hair anyway. Some people look good with short hair, but I am not one of those people!

I say go with jeni. I had hair past my butt to my thighs and once I cut I didnt regret a thing! I loved having short hair and ever since then I keep it short. Just get a bunch of layers like jeni said, and the color sounds like it would turn out great. Jeni u are good at this stuff lol
