Hey all! Im bored, so I decided to post about my diet!


I started when I hit 129 lbs, lost 7 then gained 2 ( I think more today )
so as of yesterday morning I weigh 125.


My measurements aree.. Goals are the other number

thigh: (upper, fattest part) 21" --- 19"
hips:33" ---- 28"
waist:27 1/2" --- 25"
bust:34" --- hope to stay the same
upper arm: 10" -- 9"
height: 5'2 --- hope to grow a lott lo
weight: 125, maybe more ---- 115, 110

I'm dieting too! I'm doing wieght watchers. I'm not going to meetings or anything, just doing the diet! Its so easy and a really healthy way to lose weight. I think I was like 127 when I started and now i'm like 121.5. So i'm making progress!

What are you doing gaby?

Good for you! Im thnking of starting weight watchers (my mommy is on it)

im doing the world famous gaby diet! Lol jk

im just counting calories, trying to eat under 1200 and exercising. Also im doing everything I can do keep myself from re-developing my ed. =x

Its all about learning to eat healthy! You have to plan everything, and avoid fast food! Being busy with school, I got really bad about going through the drive thru! But i've been at it almost 3 weeks and I havent been hungry yet!

Well I just weighed myself and it turns out I lost! 124, and its 11 pm so hopefully ill weigh less in teh morning =) *crosses fingers!!*

My god you people are skinny!! I weigh 131.. But I don't care enough what people think of me to not eat the foods I enjoy.. I rather be fat and enjoy myself then skinny and stepping on eggshells at every meal. That's just my opinion.. I was anorexic for 2 days last year but I guess you really have to have the disease to pull it off, I gave in to oreos and milk Laughing that was smart, deprive my body of food, then junk it out.. Laughing

I havent been exercising...But I need to start! I just havent had time! I'll let you know what I do when I do something!

Oh and like michelle said 131 is not fat! And about depriving myself of food...That doesnt happen! I'm not "that girl" who is obsessive about what I eat and always thinks i'm fat. If I wanna eat something, i'll eat it. I'm just dieting to be healthy....It just makes you feel better.

Oh and I discovered something new...Have you guys tried those 100 calorie packs. They make them in chips ahoy and oreos. Anyways...They are really good! I reccommend them!

I think my scale is screwd up!! Last night I weighed 123, I didnt eat anything after that. Thismorning I woke up, went to the bathroom then weighed myself again and I weighed 126! what?

Don't worry guys, I know i'm not fat. I just know that I can get rid of some fat in some specific places like thighs, arms, love handles, because i've done it before. I don't feel sexy right now and I need to.

Nope me I think. I know I hate it to, and im not obsessed really, when I go out I have fun and dont worry about gaining weight or anything, just try to eat healthy.

i lost 1 oe 2 inches on my hips depending on where I measured last (cant remember) and im pretty sure I was retaining water because the 2nd morning of my diet I lost 3 inches on my waist! I also lost 1/2 inch on my thigh! I havnt lost any weight but this is better! =) =)
