Does anyone know how long a neck and back strain last? Any good advice?

Sorry dont know the strains last but may have a way to cure them. Please visit www.Mattfurey.Com. And read the avert for "combat conditiong" book. This book contains a fantastic exercise called 'bridging'.This movement involves supporting your entire bodyweight on only your forehead and feet. This may sound extreme but stay with me. You of course work towards this ability. Please I urge you at least to visit the site and read the numerous testimonials from all over the world. Being a cured customer myself I highly recommend the book. Let me know of your progress
