Ok I was wondering how long will my stomach cramp after I breastfeed the nurse told me it was just making my uterus contract. But I was wondering how long it will do that. Its no that bad anymore but still does every time I feed her.

And another is it ok to go back and fourth between bottle formula and breast milk bc I do and it doesnt seem to be a problem but I wasnt sure if switching back and fourth was good for them.???

Everyones body is different, my cramping lasted about 8 days. Switching back and forth on formula and breast is good, that way the baby doesn't get used to only the breast. It helps for when you decide to go back to work.

My cramping stopped after about 5 days... It'll stop after awhile.
As for switching back and forth, its not too bad but a doctor will suggest to wait until after their six weeks cuz for awhile, danica got confused and for 2 days she woudlnt go back to the breast... But she finally has and I havent supplemented a botle with her again yet. But as long as it seems shes not getting confused.. It should be okay! Just watch the formula cuz mixing formula and breastmilk all the time at first can be sensitive to tehir stomach.

I wouldn't supplement too much , I did with kaelyn and she kind of "forgot" how to breastfeed, and got really frustrated when I put back on the breast. Make sure she has breasfeeding down before u give too many bottles, I would start out gradually, maybe one or 2 bottles a day and then go up. Good luck~
