I am 29 years old. Just married 2 months and I have just moved to a new city and working a new job. 3 months prior to my wedding I began feeling anxious and experienced my first panic attacks. Since being married, I have been diagnosed with hypoglycemia. I've read that anxiety and hypoglycemia commonly occur together. I have been following a diet to keep my sugars level and I feel a little better but the anxiety is still there. I hate to drive. I have dizziness and that "disconnected" feeling almost constantly. My question is... I hear you guys talk about how you feel during the panic attacks but is anyone else just feeling bad all the time? It's so frusturating, I just don't feel like myself. What are some of the first steps you took in dealing with this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
