Ya know they say that the "pot belly" is last to go. My advice? Take up jogging or swimming. Both are great workouts for the whole body. Also eat more protein and keep up with the sit ups. Try laying on your back with you hands behind your head. Lift your head, bring your legs together lift them straight up then bring them down and repeat. (keep your legs together!) you will definatly feel the burn. Wink just keep it up!!

Protein Needs to Be Boosted...with Exercise!! to Burn Flab
Yes, increased exercise like jogging or swimming is good..For sure. But i'll tell yayou need to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily and increase your daily protein intake!!
Protein is needed to work with your lean body mass to get your muscles burning fat!!

People always disregard this aspect for some reason!

Keepin mind too that increased muscle toning will kick your fat burning into high gear!
Slimstart.Net has a good plan that I used to lose the pounds. Not a diet but a weight management plan that gives you increased energy and nutrition and a personalized amount of protein for you to lose the weight you want to. It works quick if done properly!

Anyways...Exercise is always good...Protein is a necessary addition to get your muscles burning the flab for you though!!

Check them out..Its worth a shot
