I am 9 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. My first pregnancy with my daughter kenzington was picture perfect, no sickness or heartburn or anything. This pregnancy is way different. I can't eat anything with out getting neausea, tum's don't help, and crackers make feel sick as well. It tends to be much worse at night before I go to bed, can anyone give me some suggestions? Confused

I remember your pain! I sometimes got sick up to 7 times a day/night. I spent my whole summer on the couch. I remember eating non acidic foods (toast, crackers, bananas) and ginger peach tea ( no caffeine)at night. I lost weight, had seizures and became anemic. Eat whatever you think you can keep down. The pool gave me a little relief to exercise-simple movements. At least I was given a little angel to reward my survival. I did often eat after getting sick-i always felt much better right after losing it all. Hang in there! Just remember the gift that comes with the pain.
