Girls,
great news! Heather and ryan just called me! I talked to both of them!

Mackenzie was born on august 23, 2004 at 11:06 a.M. She weighed 7 pounds 11 ounces. 21 inches. Both ryan and heather say their only word to describe her is "perfect". She was in back labor for 8 hours. She pushed for 40 minutes. Her labor actully went fast because at 5 cm they gave her an epidural and she slept till she was 9 cm. 2 minutes later she hit 10 and push for 40 minutes.


Ryan said that he is about to quit at wal*mart because he called to tell them that he wasn't going in because heather was in labor and they hung up on him. He called back later and they were rude so basically, screw them. They wanted him to go in even though she just had the baby and he siad hell no.

They will be home tomorrow with pictures. Everyone sounded really happy. I talked to both of them!

Awwwww yay about damn time I was just thinking about them today when I was at the store !!! I cannot wait to see lil mackers I bet she is just perfect congrats u guys ...U two deserve it! Love u all!!!

Screw walmart! What @$$holes! He'll find a better job... Oh congrats u two!!!!!!

Congrats to heather and ryan. And it's about time, I thought she was never going to deliver. And good for ryan quitting at walmart. From what he told you chanda, he may have a case to get his unemployment. It is b/c, of maternity leave. I don't have the specs on it, but I do know that in some cases, men have to get paternity leave, and if heather was working there they wouldn't expect her to come in right after having a baby. It should be the same for him. I am not saying that it should be like this for all daddy's, but ryan is a real father so he should have a case.
