Well, i've had testicular cancer 2yrs ago,
and finished radiation over a yr ago.
Well about 2 to 3 months ago, I started
noticing blood in my stool. I know that
it is not a dark color. I usually get
the blood after wiping, about 90% of the
time after relieving myself. Sometimes
the blood is spotty, but about 75% of the
time where there is blood, it has been wet
enough to go through the toilet paper.
I do have constipation, I have had it most
of my life. Any ideas on what is
causing this? I have a doctors appt to
check it out nxt tuesday. I'm hoping it
is only hemmoroids or fissures, but I can
handle it regardless of what it is. I
am farely young, 27 yrs old, and not
really in the age group that falls into
the category of colon cancer. Any
responses would be appreciated as my wife
is concerned.

Hi
this might be radiation proctitis, which
is related to the radiation you reecived
before. Good that you're going to be
seen.
