Medication fluanxol

Hi

i used to live in south africa, but have moved to portugal, my mother which is schizophrenic takes fluanxol 1mg as a maintenance medication to to keep the voices in check

now in portugal they dont have fluanxol 1mg only fluanxol 3mg

do you guys know what equivalent my mom can take so that they voices dont become intrusive

if you guys could supply a list of brand names or generics so that I can go to the pharmacist ans inquire if they have this medication, we scheduled to go to the psychiatrist, I just want to verify that what he is going to prescribe is true, he might be prescribing a medication that is outdated etc etc
