I recently lost a total of 85 pounds..I finally was in the size I wanted to be(5)..Well I got to my desired size and then found out I was pregnant..Go figure huh..Lol...But I am really scared about filling out in my hip's, butt, and leg's. I know that I am going to get a "belly" but I would rather be "all" belly!! I worked soo hard for 2 years to drop those pound's and I really don't want to go threw it all again. I started to feel good about myself and was doing tae-bo, going to the gym everyday, but now I am just so scared of gaining all that weight back. Does anyone have any advice??

Being pregnant is a beautiful thing. If you decide to keep the baby just watch your weight eat and excercise regularly... After you have the baby just continue to work out you will loose the weight...

Just do what you can to be healthy. Eat healthy and exercise that's all you really can do. I had a friend who lost 60 lbs before she got pregnant, but she ate healthy and worked out and then had a healthy baby girl. She lost her weight pretty quick. Also if you breastfeed that will help too. I heard it works wonders!

I remember seeing a lady on oprah who had like 4 kids and was on baby nuimber 5 the only weight she gained was the weight of the baby plus the required 25-30 lbs everything else was normal and went back to normal afterwards. All u have to do is keep eating healthy and exercising regularly but dont over do it cuz u dont wnt to hurt the baby or yourself. Maybe there is somewhere online that you can go to find out what exercises are safe for pregnant women. Good luck
