Hi,

i have been dealing with this for-ever! Lol. From some of your cases I can tell some of you are frustrated as well. For the past 6 mos, I have had abnormal bleeding, only maybe a weeks rest or a couple of days rest of blood in my urine, as well as low pain in my back on both sides, at first they were thinking it was kidney stones, cause the pain was sometimes bad and now it's just like having a low back pain for the whole day, it's horrible, finally through a ct scan they found fibroids in my uterus, this urologist said he doesn't see why they would cause the pain i've been having, but i've done research on my own and find that fibroids can cause flank pain and abnormal bleeding....Anyone else have this same problem and anyone know if this could possibly be the cause of low back pain and abnormal bleeding? I tested negative for kidney stones...Hmmmm..Thanks for any suggestions or information...

Extremely eHealthy
I'd find another doctor. Not everyone fits into a neat little box of symptoms. What might not happen for most people can happen for some.I hate it when doctors tell you that you shouldn't be in pain!! Twisted Evil .Grrr.Hope you find out what the problem is.Good luck!!Patty

Ouch!
Sorry you are having all that pain. About five months ago, I went to the e.R. With the same symptoms. They also thought I had kidney stones... Did not !! They sent me home with little explanation, and gave me pain pills.

They completely dismissed my back pain, after the test showed negitive on the kidney stones, and said that I was having some gyn problems to see a gyno.

So, I did, turned out that I have endometriosis. It can cause severe pain, irregular bleeding, pain down one or both legs, and several other symptoms. There are questionairs on the internet to take to your doctor, if you feel that you have those symptoms.

I really hope that you don't have that, but see a doctor for sure.
Hope you are feeling better soon!
