I have been dating a man for a year. He has a very visible knot above one of his eyebrows. When we met, I asked how he got the knot, he told me he was born with it. The other day, I happened to be rubbing the back of his head & discovered another decent sized bump on the back of his head. He also said he was born with that one. He is not very open in regards to talking about them. I'm very curious what would cause this. Is it possible he was borm with these? Are they at all harmful?

Yes,he could have been born with them.If he has had them checked by a doctor and all is okay,them love him,lumps and all.If he has not had them looked at,encourage him to go.Hard to say exactly what the lumps are,try looking under skin conditions,maybe someone could help you there.Good luck!Patty
