Posted: 08-20-04 23:02pm

Aug. 18 I started getting severly dizzy (the point if I stopped walking i'd get really dizzy & have to sit down). This severe dizziness is like the dizziness I get when I get migraines except there is no migraine headache Confused . My head feels really heavy too( I sometimes cant keep my head up & end up running into things Mad Sad ). My sister says it's prob hbp(i usually can tell if my bp is high). I had my bp checked the 11th of aug. & it was normal.

Can any1 help?!

It Might Be High Blood Pressure

I was diagnosed with hbp about 2 yrs ago. I get dizzy alot, although I am very active. Go to the doctor.... Tell him you think you have it, he will put you on some meds... It's not bad at all, but if you don't you could seriously damage your heart... It's serious, until then if you mix a capful of vinegar with a glass of water, it will help your bp go down... Just a trick my Dr. Told me and i've done it twice. Just for the record my bp is about 210/100 if I forget my meds, my doctor told me I was lucky to be alive... And I am only 18yrs old!! He might also have a ekg test done on you heart to check for damage. I hope this helps!!
