Q: Pregnancy Symptoms In My Head?

Okay, here goes. I am having major pregnancy symptoms. I know sometimes that these little things can be false all because you think about being pregnant, and want it so bad. Heres the question: are these symptoms some of the ones that can be so called "phantom pregnancy" syptoms? I am having thing like the bumps on the aerola becoming very noticable (my husband actually asked me if I had been bitten by a bunch of fleas) Embarassed

another symptom that I am having is shooting pain from lower abdomen to vagina (not bad at all, just small shooting pain). I am also having charlie-horses. Rolling Eyes

this, not to mention having all of the other symptoms as well. I am just afraid that these tests are wrong. Actually, two of them weren't neg. But a week after I got the pos., I got two negs. I don't understand. I am so frustrated. Twisted Evil

Said before - say again
positives are rarely ever wrong
negatives are much more frequently wrong because of many factors including urine being too weak, not enough hormone produced, not sensitive enough test among many others.
If you are not using first morning urine (ie overnight) make sure the urine has been in your bladder for at least 4 hours
make sure that you haven't drank too much as this will flush the hormones and dilute your urine.

I just want to say:

i may be absolutely completely wrong in this!!!

But the first thing that came to mind is "i wonder if this might be an ectopic pregnancy" the part about getting the negatives after a positive (the hcg levels are lower and can drop in an ectopic pregnancy) and the abdominal pain made me think of it.

How long has your period been overdue? Maybe a visit to the doctor for a blood test is in order?

I don't know since i'm not having the symptoms, and i'm not a health care professional and I really don't intend to cause you any stress or anxiety, but I didn't want to let it go without saying something.
