Q: serious stomach pain

Hi, i've been having these serious stomach pain , pain that last for almost 8 hours but leaves me crying in bed , I had a light cold that only lasted 3 days but i'm starting to get diarera (can't spell it ) and also I had this pain before a while back ago about a month ago the same pain but this one was about the same but a little more painful .. Could I have a tape worm ? Or some type of virus
