My friend has anorexia and i'm stuck.
What to say, what to do, i'm at a loss, I
know I "should tell someone I trust" but
that'll make it worse and everyone knows

Be a friend, be there to listen, be
supportive, find out (phone book, or
on-line) if there are any support groups
or centres that deal with anorexia in your
area.
Go on-line & get information on
causes, affects signs etc so that you have
a better idea of what your friend is going
through & what she/he is doing to
their body & their life.
