So Much to Do So Little Time...long...

Well, I have been really racking my brain lately ,and I just don't have enough time. I am really feeling pressured. Well as ya'll know I am getting married in june. My birthday is also in june, which is why I can't move out until then. But how the hell am I supposed to get a place to live and move, before june 17, and be ready to get married. I really don't want to push my wedding back. The whole reason why we settled on that date is because that is our anniversary and we don't want it to change.

And another thing, I have been thinking that instead of getting an apartment, maybe I should just buy a house. The only reason I wanted to rent an apartment was because I wanted to have a year to get good credit, so that I will get a better interest rate on a mortgage. But, I really don't need to wait. I think that I may, just look into owner financed homes. They are alot easier to get, because they have requirements that are less strict. And they also, have better rates. So my credit, or lack there of shouldn't be a problem with the right owner. Ohh and btw, with most owner financed homes, the sale usually goes through in 15-30 days. So if I fill out an application by my birthday there is a good chance, that we won't be moving in until july. What should I do? And, would it make any sense to get married when I am still living at home with my mom, or should we just push it back?

My next issue is furniture. I have most of my furniture picked out, and I would like to purchase it before I move. But the problem with that is I will have no where to put it. I could et a storage unit, but because i'll still be 17, I can't sign the contract. And jon could get it in his name but, he has less than perfect credit because of credit cards he had when he was a minor, which the credit reporting agencies refuse to ignore. So he'll have to a deposit on the unit. And that wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that, the deposit is $500, the unit is $70 a month, andthe deposit is non refundable. I will only need the unit for a month if that. So that is basically flushing $500 down the toilet, which is stupid. But I need to have furniture when I move into my house. I have picked out these thing so far:
a black leather sofa and loveseat with a rocker recliner
a pine colored bedroom set (headboard, footboard, mirror, dresser, chest, and two end tables)
a bed frame
a mattress set
a black arc lamp for the living room
2 single black curios for the living room
a 48" high definition television for the living room
a 32" television for the bedroom
a black bar and stool set for the dining room
a black marble dining room set

and that is it for now. That is all we'll be getting for when we move in. Everthing else we'll just get as we go, as far as the big non important thing go. And the small things we'll probably get the firt week we're there.
But anyway back to the subject, should I just get it, and basically waste a $500 deposit, or should I move in with no furniture?

Sorry for the long post, but I am really stressed.

Because, sometimes there are so many new posts, that a person's post could end up at the bottom of the page or on the second page where it can't be seen. So *bump*, is to bump it up so it can be seen, and hopefully answered.

Well it's not really, but that is only because I know I have a cushion to fall on. But that is the main reason I want to be on my own. All of my friends think I am spoiled, and I probably am, but I am tired of being daddy's spoiled little girl. I want to move out on my own, work, and live a life as an adult. That is why I am trying to get out of here as soon as possible. I guess I can wait to get the furniture. I'll already have the baby crib, b/c the baby will be at least 4 months. So I guess that is fine. I just need to get the hell out of this house.
