Um, yeah, I just read a post by you that said:
i am not depressed....
I was wondering why everyone thought I was depressed......I put suicide attempts but I meant to put social phobia......Sorry about the confusion.
Then I replied, but you had deleted it.

Here is the thing...Either you tried to kill yourself or you didn't. People who try to kill themselves are in fact depressed in one way or another. And the whole "suicide attempt" thing was obviously not a typo as you listed your attempts. If you are just making things up here, that is very, very ignorant.
People who suffer from anxiety/depression go through a lot of hell and do not need made fun of. If you do not suffer from the above then please stop wasting honest people's time. These conditions are not joking matters. Thank you.

I'm not making things up. I was depressed and I did try to kill myself a few times, but i'm not depressed right now and I don't need help for my depression right now. Right now I mostly need help with my anxiety not depression. If I start to get depressed again maybe i'll post a new message that i'm feeling depressed, but i'm not depressed right now. I deleted my message because I accidently put it as new topic. It was supposed to be a reply. Do you understand? I'm sorry I made a few mistakes.

fyi, if you suffer from depression (especially severel enough to attempt suicide) then even though you don't "feel sad" you are still depressed!
Sorry if I misunderstood this whole thing, but you have to look at it my way.
You came here listing your suicide attempts and then make a post saying that you don't know why people think you are depressed, and then suddenly delete it. If that doesn't seem odd then I don't know what does.
But if it was a mistake fine. There is no need to get snotty.

Right Now I'm Feeling Depressed

I know yesterdy I complained that I wasn't depressed, but today I feel sad. I don't know why. Feel free to give me suggestions on how to feel better. I even went for a two 15 minute walks today. I walk about 5 times a week, but it does very little for depression. Sometimes when I walk I start to plan my sucide attempts. Today I didn't plan any sucide attempts. I started to feel more depressed after work.

You need to get therapy. Try cbt, or meds. You definately need to get something to make you feel better. Purple333 can (if she hasn't already) give you a list of vitamins/supplements to take to make you feel better.
Try walking for more than 15 minutes at a time. Take headphones and listen to music so you don't think too much and start planning a suicide.

Sometimes I do walk father than 15 minutes at a time and I still think about sucide, but i'll think about listening to my music. I want to take fish oil for depression and magnesium for anxiety, but I feel like i'm taking so many medications at once that I don't feel like adding another pill. I already know what your going to say. "try getting your vitamins from food". Ok i'll try that. I already take supplements mostly for anxiety, but the only vitamin i'm taking for depression is a vitamin b complex.

Are you actually taking meds or just vitamins? Because if you are taking meds then you definately need to get them switched as they are obviously not working. Go to therapy frequently and try thinking positively. Don't focus on the bad all of the time. That would drive any of use to be suicidal. Good luck.
