Does anyone know how to overcome motion sickness? Specifically when reading while travelling.

I have a long commute to work, mostly by bus, and I don't normally get motion sickness. I do get motion sickness after reading though, so I don't read on the bus. I have a lot of study that I would like to do during my commute so, to make use of this otherwise wasted time, I would really like to overcome my travel reading sickness. Any advice?
