Q: Over the Counter Birth Control

I am already on the pill (ortho tri-cyclen) but was off for a few months when I went to another state for a family situation. I just started taking them again this week and I will be going back home for a week next weekend. I want to be protected that week and would like a backup just for peace of mind, but was wondering if I have any options other than condoms? I would be willing to go to a clinic over this, the problem is I haven't been able to get any appointments within the next month after I found out the date I was going home. So is there anything other than condoms available over the counter?
