I would say clearsil would be better. Soap generally agitates the skin. If you pay attention in chemistry class it should be common knowledge. Overall I suppose it depends on the person as to what you use. I personally have found a wonderful cleansing agent by nivea for men. It is called double action face wash. It is 100% soap free. Feels awsome on your skin. As far as actually clearing up the acne by itself? I'm not so sure but it is a great supplement. I've had my best results most recently after I started eating proper foods, and drinking enough water. Getting enough different nutrients and such. I personally also take a multivitamin as well as vitamin c and e. Not only is my acne clearing up and skin feeling softer and more alive, I also have tons more energy. I used to be really groggy for up to an hour after I wake up. Now by the time i'm downstairs i'm fully awake and coherent. I started this new dieting/workout program after I moved. My roomate hadn't seen me since I started it, and when he came back he noticed the higher energy levels, as well as the clearing skin. This is my personal attack on acne. It is working for me. However, I can't say diet is everyones problem. It is a problem mainly in the us along with obesity. With the western diet and fast foods so different than most other countries it is very likley that those two problems could be directly related to diet. So many countries are getting fast food chains now and I think once that happens you'll have them fatter and acne ridden as well. These are my opinions. Just that.

Extremely eHealthy
Clearasil makes my acne worse. I hate the stuff. I use dial antibacterial (any antibacterial really) and it works wonderfully. But that is just me.
