Bad Mother...need Opinion...pretty Long

Ok there is this girl living at my moms
with her 2 boys. Jeremy-7 and julian-3.
The boys kinda irritate me cuz they eat so
much but they are pretty behaved. Ok so
anyways the mom is not a good mother. She
rarely watches the boys because she
parties alot and shes into her own thing.
So we watch the boys and cook for them and
stuff. But when they act up we call the
mom. Her name is gabby. So 2 weeks ago
gabby kicked her husband out for not
giving her money. (she kicked him out of
my moms) they are very disfunctional. She
cheats and he has some other girl pregnant
but shes supposedly getting an abortion.
So the same day gabby kicked jeff out she
went to go have sex with chris. And left
my sister babysitting again. So then the
next day shes talking to mike. Some other
guy. And then she still sees jeff. Is
this confusing yet? Well she drinks
*alot* and parties alot still. Well the
other night, saturday gabby my sis angela
and some guy go out drinking. Well they
get home at about 2 or 3 am and angela was
taking the guy home. Gabby was drunk but
said she was going to see chris. Angela
said no because shes drunk and has no
licence. Well gabby changes her underwear
and takes off anyways. So she takes off
and runs her car off the freeway and
crashes into some bushes. She flees the
car and calls jeff and angela. So jeff
calls my mom to meet him to look for her.
Well the cops are at the car and no gabby.
So they are searching then the cops
question them. The find gabby sleeping on
the sidewalk under the drivethru window of
carls jr. So they wake her up and she
gets arrested. Jeff thought she was
taking off to see him though. To cut this
short, she wants to go back to my moms
with the boys and jeff to have a family
life. My mom doesnt know what to do.
Seems like she will go back to her old
ways again. So she doesnt know to kick
her out or to let her stay there but she
will have alot of rules. My question
(finally) is should my mom take them back
in or should she end the drama with this
girl? She is being released today and she
might have a court date soon. But im not
sure what my moms gonna do...

Omg those kids need to be taken off
her-she is a bad mom. Your mom needs to
ditch these people because its not fair
that all this trouble is coming to her
doorstep.Doesnt this girl have a family or
people she can go to? Do you have hostels
over there that take in mothers &
their children? All I know is that if
your mom takes them back things wont
change-this girl will probably continue
with her old ways when really she needs to
sort out her life & get help

Thats horrible... I hate to hear about
those kids situation, but your mom needs
to get her out of the house... I am
pretty sure this is a wake up call for
gabby, but then again it might not be, and
your mom doesnt need any added stress on
her. Someone should take gabby's kids and
she should join aa or something cuz thats
pretty bad.

Thats the thing. She had an apartment and
got kicked out. Shes outdone her stay
*everywhere* no one wants to take her in.
And the only reason my mom wants to is
because of the boys. They are good kids
and will have no where to go. My mom is
the only family life they have. Gabby
said she wants to change and start acting
like a family but she needs help. So my
mom is gonna take her back on certain
restrictions.
-her rent will go up to cover utilities
-she has to use up all her foodstamps at
my moms house (she gets like 250 but she
only gave my mom 100 for groceries)
-she has to clean daily, no eating in the
rooms
-she needs to find a job near home and
will not be allowed to buy a car ever
again, she will have to buy a bike
-she must cut all contacts with those guys
she used to sleep with
-she needs to pay attention to her boys by
spending more time with them
-she needs to go to church, she doesnt
have to go to ours but my mom says she
needs .God in her life
those will be her rules, she either takes
them or she doesnt. My mom wants to help
but she said she does not want to be up
from 3 to 6am searching for her when she
runs her car off the freeway

Those sound like pretty easy simple rules
to live by if she screws that up she needs
serious help

Oh yeah gabby was going to aa, this is her
second dui. Shes on probation too. She
was recently in jail, like a few months
ago and she went in again. The judge
might give her more time we arent sure
yet. Oh and also, when the cops
questioned gabby, she tried to blame it on
my sister!Hahaha that was funny. She kept
saying, it was angela driving the car!
She crashed it! Not me!!! And angela was
like "i was in the other side of town it
wasnt me!" haha.

Oh wow! Nikki! Sounds crazy. Tell your
mom to stick to those rules because this
chic has some issues and if this dosen't
change, your mom is only gonna get hurt
too when those boys either get hurt or
taken away......... Tell your mom to stay
strong. It's hte only way this chic might
change!

Hopefully she really does. Shes too outta
control. She needs someone to put her
back in line. And that would be my mom.
Everyone else gave up on her. I tell my
mom to stick to it and be hard on her.
Just like she was with me. I said dont be
cutting her slack, she wants to stay there
she better listen!! Lol. Hopefully she
does.
The boys are cute, ill take pics when I
see them. One of em I call him jr. He
always hugs me and clings to me, and im
like ugh go away! Lol so he goes and
clings to my other sister, he can be a big
brat too but its funny. My mom calls him
gordito (which is like chubby boy) cuz he
eats and eats and eats. Anytime you have
food hes like "whats that?!" and he will
stare at you till you offer him some! And
jeremy is very helpful and such a good
boy. We like him alot. And hes close to
kristen too.
I call my moms house the daycare center
lol. Too many kids there! Lol

Your mum needs to kick that girl out the
house, but I bet shes worried about the
boys. What would happen to them. That
girl needs a good
f%&ckin slap and her eyes opened.
It's like shes just using your mum.

First of all, why is this girl living with
your mom anyway? Is she family?
Obviously this girl has serious issues and
she should be turned into the state and
her kids should be taken away from her.
That may sound harsh, but she has no right
to have children.
If what she did wasn't enough then the
fact that she tried to blame your sister
should definately be. Your mom really
needs to ditch her. Maybe your mom
should tell her that she will take care of
the boys, but that she needs to go
somewhere else.
