Suggestions For a Good Male Multi-vitamin

I'm a 30 year-old male who at times does not have the most healthy diet. One issue is that I do not drink a lot of milk or eat much fruit. I do get my fare share of vegetables.

I'm physically fit and active and play sports 2x a week.

Can anyone suggest a good daily multi-vitamin for a male? I used to take one of those cheap tiny red vitamins, but it seems there are quite a few high potency brands out there which seem to offer more.

Any help would be great.

Suggestions For a Good Male Multi-vitamin
I take a good liquid mult-vitamin called body force. It has 120 vitamins and minerals in it. I also take a good msm product called bio-msm plus.

The msm helps with the aches and pains I get from playing soccer twice a week.

Email me if you want any additional information on them.

I've been taking a great multivitamin for the pas year that has done wonders for me. (i'm also a mid 30's man). I was never into taking a bunch of vitamins so multivitamins definitely appeal to me. I've tried a bunch, so far the one that's done wonders has been the ideal multivitamin (or something similarly named) from doctor's trust. You can get it online from Doctorstrust for a decent price. I've tried a bunch and this seems to be best working one for me. Don't know, hope it helps you.

Vitamins
You need to realize one very important thing...Absorption.

It dosen't matter how many vitaims and minerals are in what you are taking, or what the doses of these supplements are...If they are not being absorbed into your body at the cellular level, you are literally just "flushing" your money away.

If anyone is interested in obtaining information on quality supplements that you can order online or on the phone, that are 80-95% absorbed by your body, and cost you from $1.00 to 3.50/day (depending on what you require) please contact me. I have r&d information to back the products and the vitamins come with a 90 day challenge...With 100% money back guarentee!! The delivery system is called fructose compounding and it is a patented system
if you do not feel results, just send back the empty bottles and you have lost nothing.

For you sports guys...There are some other amazing products that might interest you too!!

Suggestions For a Good Male Multi-vitamin
I take custom vitamins that are custom made for me. You take a test at your home. They test your urine and make up a custom vitamin from your test. The test tells what vitamins your body is deficient. It is a great vitamin. I have felt much more energetic since taking the vitamin.

Vitamins
Mpallo,

you can try lifepak from pharmanex it's one of the best multivitamins around, and guarentteed to work.

On top of that, it really depends on your lifestyle if additional supplementation on top of a multivitamin is needed. Multivits are just foundations for health, most ppl, esp the elderly, need specific care in other areas as well.

My two cents worth,

I, Personally have tried many whole vitamins on the market... NO SYNTHETICS, please stay away from the synthetics. I have found that of all the ones I've tried that "The World's Greatest Vitamin" oddly enough was the best for me.

I've also read numerous clinical studies that were done on this product (Needed Validation for all the T.V. Hype I've viewed) and these vitamins are the real deal.

Here is the site where I order my vitamins... NO, I do not participate in the selling of these products, this website does not belong to me. I chose to stay away from the business plan and just buy the product, However, The site owner I buy them from claims to make 4-6K a month.

Anyway, do yourselves a favor and check it out... Even if it's just to read through and get some valuable information on the benefits of whole vitamins.

NOT the greatest vitamin in the world. Huge SCAM
Health News
'Greatest Vitamin in the World' owner Donald Lapre indicted
Published: June 15, 2011 at 6:30 PM

PHOENIX, June 15 (UPI) -- A Phoenix man is alleged to have scammed nearly 227,000 people out of about $51 million via his company "The Greatest Vitamin in the World," officials say.

Donald Lapre has been indicted for conspiracy, mail fraud, wire fraud, promotional money laundering and transactional money laundering for allegedly defrauding about 226,794 people to invest in an Internet-based business.

"This indictment goes to show that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is," Dennis K. Burke, U.S. attorney for the District of Arizona, says in a statement.

"Lapre used incessant nationally televised infomercials to hawk his vitamins and worthless Web sites as a way to get rich quick without working hard. His scams swindled a sea of victims, but thanks to the efforts of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the Internal Revenue Service, he will face justice."

The "business" primarily consisted of selling the so-called Greatest Vitamin in the World over the Internet and the opportunity to recruit others, Burke says.

In addition, Lapre allegedly provided his investor/victims, known as "independent advertisers," with false vitamin sales records and these records encouraged independent advertisers to purchase additional advertising and services in the hope of obtaining commissions including $1,000 checks.

Lapre is to be arraigned next Wednesday before U.S. Magistrate Judge Lawrence O. Anderson in Phoenix.

Liquid multivitamins
I take GBG 10-in-one liquid multivitamin and mineral supplement. Take 1 oz. a day to get all the vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and antioxidants I need to stay healthy and feel great! It tastes like orange juice so I enjoy taking it every day. For $20.00 a bottle, it is cheap insurance to protect yourself.

Best regards,

J.C.

Vitamin Formula created by M.D.
My physician has developed his own vitamin formula that he has put all of his patients on. It has a lot more supplemental value then what you usually find in normal multivitamins. You can order them from naturaalchem.com. I highly recommended them!!

My Favourite Multivitamin
My favourite by far is IM90 Multivitamin. It has a balance of vitamins and minerals for maximum absorption. It is head and shoulders above the cheap pills. No chemical or binders. Anyway, google IM90 Multivitamin and you should find it.

what to do
after reading through all the reply here I have to say the following.

1st customized multi vitamin sites (i looked at top 10 of them) are for people with more money than time. there are 2 types the ones that test you, and the ones that let you select al cart what you want.

the test ones you get too small dosages with not enough multi at 4x the price, the al cart ones are nice you get exactly what you want at 4x the price.

2nd the super absorbs or liquid based ones are nice if you want not enough multi.

3rd all the multi i've seen in 10 yrs and nothing beats the GNC Ultra Mega Green Mens for value.

You get alot of multi for you money.

now mind you that a single multi is not all you want.

You want a multi vit ($25), a vit B complex ($5), a omega 3-6-9 complex ($7), a cartinode complex ($7), a flavanoid complex ($7), digestive enzime complex ($5), multi fiber supplement ($10), garlic the king in foil that smells ($15), mild detox complex ($7). and you can get all that for around the same price as vitamines made for you. give or take $20 depending upon which site.

oh yeah and buy the multi at GNC but the Bcomplex, omega 3-6-9, digestive enzymes get at walmart as quality dont mater.

the flavnoid, cartnode, and multi fiber shop around for the cheapest quality dont mater.

the detox like a solray or natures way is good.

the garlic you have to be really picky read about it/look it up only one brand ive found is made correctly to get both active ingredients standardized and still active.

here is the basic rule.
Vitamins - verify the right combos and that it absorbs
Mineral - these are dangerous do not overdose
Herbs - 80% of whats out there is garbage and will do nothing for you, research what the needed active ingredients are and and what % and find brand that meets that. (now more companies have been getting better of the years at this)
Some Stuff- should not be taken in pill it should be bought in a jug or bag. 2 table spoons of olive oil a day is not the same as a few 100 mg of olive extract powder.
