I'm pregnant with my second child. During my first pregnancy I experienced morning sickness from the beggining to the very end. I'm pregnant again and of course i'm sick again but this time it is worse. I'm having all day sickness. I have been trying to eat smaller meals and snacks but more times a day. Sometimes this works and other times it does not. With in 2 1/2 to 3 hrs my stomach is completly empty and begins filling up with bile. After my last pregnancy I had my gallbladder removed maybe that would account for the heavy bile. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I Hope This Will Help
With my first child I only had morning sickness for three months and then it was gone. Well I thought hey, I am going to be the same way with my next child. Wrong! I did nothing but get sick all day. Anything I put in my stomach would come right back up. I had to go to the e.R. Because of that. I was only once in a blue moon able to keep something down. But that was not enough. I was very dehydrated by the time I went to the hospital. Try eating some saltine crackers, and try drinking some vernors. I know that helped a lot with the sickness feeling. Try also staying away from things that are fatty and greasy. I saw that it said that by 2 1/2 to 3 hours you start getting hungry. When it gets close to that time start making something so, the slightest feeling of you getting hungry your food will be already made. Or if you are going to be out, and not by any where were there is food. Throw some crackers in your purse and munch on them until you can get something else in your stomach. I hope I was some help to you!

My doctor prescribed vitamin b6 for the nausea, and I think its working. Its 50mg of b6. But you may need a lower dosage.
