Something Isn't Right
Posted: 09-29-03 20:21pm

My period is usually normal, and shows up on time. This time it was 6 days late and when it came, it was very light and lasted 2 days. Normally it is very heavy and last 4. My period ended saturday, and there is still slight bleeding, but only when I have intercourse. Plus I have to urinate all the time, and I am not sure what is wrong. I made an appointment at the doctors, but they cant see me until the 16th of october. Could this be serious? I also have no appetite, and back aches.

You might want to take a pregnancy test before you go to your doctors. Thats could be the problem. If you dont think so then just wait until you see your doc. Good luck

the Doctor Cant See Me Until the 16th

I made an appointmet, but since I just moved to the area I have to wait. I am worried. We took a pregnancy test like a week ago, and it came out negative. I also talked to a doctor a week ago, and she said that they probably wont be able to tell until around the 6th. Plus last night my boyfriend said that I felt different inside, kind of mushy. If I got my period, but not normal, what else could it be. Could it still be pregnancy, even if I was bleeding for 2 days?

Pregnancy

You definetly still could be pregnant. My mother had her period the whole time she was preg w/me and her preg tests (urine) all came out neg. She didn't find out she was preg til she was 5 mo apart when at a normal physical by her family doc showed she was preg by an adominal test, (he said he felt something hard in her tummy and he thought she was preg. So they did a blood test. You should def. Try another at home test, but if that is neg you should try getting a blood test.

Good luck with everything,

i would like to know how old u are, if that's not a prob.

I'm 23 yrs old. I know I am young, but if that is what is going on in my body then I can handle it.

Doctor Cant See Me Until 16th
Posted: 10-01-03 16:09pm

The doctor can't take me until the 16th, and I am worried. Because now that I think about it, once before like 2 months ago; my boyfriend and I had sex like 8 times in 2 days and I was sore, and bleeding after sex. Could that mean anything? I dont know if that is because I wasnt really that sexually active and I wasnt ready for that, or if it could mean something else. I am still having to go to the bathroom more than usual, and I am still spotting. My stomach only cramps at night sometimes, and I don't really have an appetite.

My period ended on saturday and I have been bleeding lightly since, but only when I unrinate or have sex. There is a brown discharge after I use the restroom.

I don't know about the bleeding after sex,(unexperienced in that area) but when it comes to your period I don't think you shoud worry. I just moved to college and I live in the dorms. My period was late, and even though it's usually dead on, it's been fluctuating. Are you hanging out with a new girl, or more often? See, our periods are affected by the women around us. Someone around could be scewing with you cycle. The aches and paines--well, it's kind of like your body trying to have a period. You basically get pms(and all aches) when you usually have your period, and then it shows up later. I wouln't worry about it!

Good luck on other stuff! Smile
