Q: Suggestions Needed

Extremely eHealthy
If you havnt read my other post. Im trying to loose 11 lbs in under a month. Any diet/exercise tips? Anything is appreciated!

I haven't read your other post - at least not that I recall - but if you just want to lose the weight fast & then worry about keeping it off - check out atkins & also the curves diet (you could google for details if they;re not on ehealth) also there's a cabbage, celery*, tomato, onion, capsicum* soup plus water & herbs & pepper - I leave out * items as I hate them!!) which you can eat a much as you like of - the more the better - which burns calories fast so long of course in all these cases that you don't eat chocolate & so on as well!! Sorry but no matter what the "nice" stuff is still out!!

Join a gym- eat high protein/ low carb (this will be a quick fix) and if you are blagh about low carb, then just do high fiber, low sugar, moderate protein

circuit train every other day 20-25 mins cardio at the end or beginning-so lets say mon, wed, fri, saturday off, and sun. Do 45 mins- 1 hour cardio on the days in between -tues and thurs. Also, if you can't join a gym, swimming is awesome excercise becasue it woirks all your muscles at once, jog, bike and lift free weights...*and* make sure you are getting your calories!!! Do not go under 1200, thats the least amount of calories you should have in your diet-if you go under your body will go into starvation mode and start eating your muscle blagh-goodluck!!!
