Join a gym- eat high protein/ low carb (this will be a quick fix) and if you are blagh about low carb, then just do high fiber, low sugar, moderate protein
circuit train every other day 20-25 mins cardio at the end or beginning-so lets say mon, wed, fri, saturday off, and sun. Do 45 mins- 1 hour cardio on the days in between -tues and thurs. Also, if you can't join a gym, swimming is awesome excercise becasue it woirks all your muscles at once, jog, bike and lift free weights...*and* make sure you are getting your calories!!! Do not go under 1200, thats the least amount of calories you should have in your diet-if you go under your body will go into starvation mode and start eating your muscle blagh-goodluck!!!
