and will be away for 13months maximum now, but with a couple of weeks or to see me sometimes

He's a marine engineer. Well it is tough being away from him. Chris is a very independant kinda guy he needs this kinda challange in his life it's what keeps him going. He doesnt come from the best of areas and has fund it hard breaking away from his friends and everything he knowz.

Im glad he is seeing a bit of the world, because I have travelled and I think it's the best thing anybody could do!

Well, good for him. Yes, travelling is very important. I have never been out of the u.S except for canada which really doesn't count. I have been to many, many states, but I really would love to go to europe sometime. Ah well, maybe someday. I agree it is a wonderful thing to do.
